Parking
In Hammersmith & Fulham

|
Pay & Display Machines operate in most parts of London.
The minimum time for which Pay & Display tickets are sold is half and hour,
rising in increments of half an hour up to a maximum of 8 hours . In most zones
the charge is 80p for half an hour, £1.60 for an hour. The ticket should be
bought at the time of parking, not in advance.
There are a few bays where the restrictions differ. When in CPZ A or U make sure
that the bay in which you are parked is not a short stay bay if you are planning
to stay for longer than 1 hour. This affects both residents & business permit
holders and visitors who pay & display.
Once you have bought a pay and display ticket you can park anywhere within the
zone shown on the ticket for as long as the duration indicated, and drive your
car from place to place within the zone, as long as you don't venture into the
wrong kind of bay. You will know when you are about to cross a zone boundary
because there are signs showing that you are leaving a zone and entering a
different one.
If you do need to park in a different zone, you will need to buy a ticket for
that zone from any of the machines within that zone.
The machine states the relevant times for purchasing a ticket. Some zones are
Monday to Friday, others Monday to Saturday. We are in Zone C which operates
Monday to Friday form 9.00am till 5.00pm at £1.60 an hour.

The
Congestion Charge
The congestion charge operates in Central London,
Monday - Friday, 7am - 6.30pm (excluding public holidays). The main public
website on congestion charging is www.cclondon.com where you can find out where
congestion charging operates, how to pay the charge or whether you are eligible
for an exemption or discount. Businesses and fleets that use the charging zone
can also find information relevant to them.

Please note we are not in the congestion zone.
