Payment Policies

If you have made a reservation using our online booking engine, please note that your card details are only use to secure your booking and that no charges are made in advance of your arrival.

All payments are to be made upon arrival; YOUR CARD MUST BE PRESENTED SHOULD YOU WISH TO USE IT AS A FORM OF PAYMENT - OTHERWISE AN ALTERNATIVE WILL BE SOUGHT. Please note, we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards as forms of payment.

If you do not have a payment card, you may send a cheque or postal order 10 days leading up to your arrival date. A receipt will be issued once the payment has been cleared.

NB: All credit card payments are subject to a 3% admin charge and all debit card payments are subject to a fee of £0.40.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be confirmed with us at least 48 hours prior to 12:00 (midday) on your check-in date; all cancellations received after this time may be subject to a full charge.
